元々描いてあった一輪挿しに何を描こうかと考えたところ、ひまわりのような大きな太陽が浮かびました。

世界を照らす太陽と花瓶部分には宇宙を詰め込んだ壮大な作品です。

周囲の流氷は地球温暖化を食い止めたい気持ちから描いています。

タイトルは「母なる大地」から「Mother」と名付けました。

 When I thought about what to paint on the single flower vase, a big sun like a sunflower came to mind.

The sun illuminates the world and the vase is filled with space.

The surrounding ice floes were painted in hopes of stopping global warming.
