Shipping policy

The delivery method of the product depends on the size and weight of the product.

Shipping within Japan (courier service, Yu-Pack, Yu-Packet, etc.)

Shipping outside of Japan (International speed mail of Japan Post, etc.)

If the delivery address of the product is outside of Japan, customs duties and other costs may be required separately.

Please pay these payments to the customs office or the shipping company on your behalf.

Refund policy

In principle, cancellation due to customer's convenience after payment or settlement is completed is not possible.

We take great care in managing our products, but please understand that we may cancel your order due to a refund or cancellation of payment in the following cases.

(1) When the listed product is soiled, damaged, or lost during storage.

( 2 ) After the product has been shipped, if the product is soiled, damaged, or lost due to an accident during transportation.

( 3 ) If the destination cannot be accepted by the shipping company due to social conditions or other reasons.

Return/Defective/Cancellation Policy

If there is a defect in the product, it cannot be returned due to the customer's preference, except for soiling and damage during transportation.

About refunds

Although we take the utmost care in managing our products, please understand that your order will be canceled by refund or cancellation of payment in the following cases.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns for customer reasons, except in the case of defective products or dirt and damage during transportation.
