I drew Princess Kaguya who misses the moon.

Short story "A full moon night. Princess Kaguya talks to nature and sparrows while thinking about her hometown. It seems that rare bamboo flowers bloomed the next day."

I painted the Japanese folktale "Taketori Monogatari (The Tale of the Bamboo-Cutter). It is a story about "Kaguy Princess" who was born from a bamboo and returns to the moon. I also imagined Muko City (a city symbolized by bamboo groves and sunflowers).

Muko City is my hometown.

Here is the scene of "Kaguy Princess" that I imagined. "A night with a full moon. "Kaguy Princess" talks with nature and sparrows while thinking of her hometown. The next day, a rare bamboo flower bloomed."
