(Attribution of rights)
The copyright of this painting belongs to Atelier mimaRe Jogishi Miki (hereinafter referred to as A) even after it is sold.

(Permission to use)
Party A permits the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as Party B) to use this painting in the manner specified in ① below, and prohibits the items specified in ② below.

① Use for private purposes
(a) Ownership of the paintings (including metal fittings, accessories, packing materials, etc.) belongs to the customer, but the use of images, etc. of the paintings beyond the scope of personal reproduction is prohibited.

The scope of private reproduction, etc. in the Japanese territory is governed by the domestic laws of Japan.

In addition, if the location of the painting or the use of the image, etc. is outside the territory of Japan, the laws and regulations based on the "Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works" etc. that are effective in that territory will apply.


(2) Prohibited matters
(a) Any use or use for commercial purposes such as resale of this painting or sale of productions using this painting

(Moral rights of authors)
Party B must obtain prior consent from Party A when modifying this painting.

(lift)
If the other party violates this Agreement, Party A and Party B may demand that the other party rectify the violation after a reasonable period of time, and may cancel this Agreement if the violation is not rectified within that period.

(Discussions)
Any matters not stipulated in this Agreement or any doubts regarding the interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement shall be decided after consultation in good faith.

(Jurisdiction)
Party A and Party B agree that in the event of any dispute regarding this Agreement, the court having jurisdiction over Party A's address shall be the exclusive jurisdictional court of the first instance.

(Attribution of rights)
The copyright of this painting belongs to Atelier mimaRe - Miki Jougan
(here in after referred to as the former) even after the sale.

(Permission for use)
The former grants the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the later)
permission to use the paintings in the manner described in (1) below, and
prohibits the matters described in (2) below.

(1) Use for private purposes
(a) The ownership of the physical painting (including metal fittings and other
accessories, packing materials, etc.) belongs to the later, but he/she may not
use the data images, etc. of the painting beyond the scope of private
reproduction.

The scope of private reproduction, etc. shall be governed by the provisions of
Japanese domestic law in the territory of Japan.

If the location of the painting or the use of the image is outside the territory of
Japan, it shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Berne Convention
for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works in effect in the territory of Japan.

(2) Prohibitions
(a) Any use or exploitation of the painting for commercial purposes, such as resale of the digital painting or sale of reproductions, of any sort using the physical painting or the digital painting, are expressly prohibited.

(moral rights)
The later (second party) shall obtain the prior written consent of the
former (first party) in case of alteration of the Painting in both physical and/or
digital form.

(Cancellation/Termination)
In the event that the either the former or the later violates this Agreement,
demands that the violation be corrected within a reasonable period of time.
Moreover, if the violation is not corrected within the set period, the Agreement
may be breached and compensation required.

(Consultation)

If any matter is not stipulated in this Agreement, or if any doubt arises concerning the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement, the parties (the former and the later) shall decide the matter upon consultation in good faith.



(Agreed Jurisdiction)
In the event that any dispute arises between the former and the later with
respect to this Agreement, both parties agree that the court has jurisdiction
over the former domicile shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
